River Stone case heard by Mass Housing Appeals Committee today

The Massachusetts Housing Appeals Committee will hear the appeal related River Stone, LLC v. Hingham Zoning Board of Appeals. The real estate developer asserts that the town deliberately disrupted the housing project during the Zoning Board of Appeals approval process and placed onerous conditions on the project approval. The hearing commences on Monday, October 26, 2020 at 1:00 PM. This hearing will be conducted through remote participation in a manner to ensure that the public can adequately access the meeting in real time.
